Current Permit Holders
You are eligible to exchange your permit for an available permit listed for purchase. Available permits are on a first come first served basis. If the permit location is not available, you may place yourself on an available waitlist.
To request an exchange: Email PTS-ParkingInformation@email.arizona.edu include your name, student or employee ID, your current permit, and the available permit location you would like to exchange to. A Customer Relations representative will contact you with further exchange instructions.
